This lot is close to the Boat Ramp, Pool and Clubhouse.

HOA Dues are a nothing but $24 per year.

Very few Lots are available with this kind of access to the Guadalupe and Canyon Lake at any price.

    "We have neighborhood fish fry, chili cook off, weekly food trucks, Halloween hay ride. Great amenities with pool, pickleball court and beautiful park and fishing pond. Everyone is friendly and neighbors help each other out. "
