As this is an HOA community, we kindly ask that you help us keep the neighborhood looking its best by parking only in the garage or driveway rather than on the landscaping or sidewalks though overnight street parking is perfectly allowed. For the comfort of all residents, we maintain a strict no-pet policy and a no-smoking or vaping policy inside the home. While there are a few other standard HOA rules to follow, they are very reasonable and help keep the area a wonderful place to live.
