    "Ive lived in this house since I was 14yrs old and I'm 40yrs old now-although the crime rate as spiked a bit I still appreciate the close knit friendships I have with my neighbors some of which have lived here much longer than I have. Once you get to know a few of the neighbors you can see that it's a great place for your family as well as yourself. I'll truly miss it and can only help we are blessed with great neighbors like the ones I have now. "
