Enjoy sitting on the enclosed front porch. During the summer. There is a dry full basement with a bar area and laundry area with a washer and dryer included. Detached garage with opener and a good sized yard. Home has central air.
Tenant is responsible for all utilities, lawn care and snow removal. One month security deposit upon approval. One year minimum lease.
No smoking inside the home.
No prior evictions or criminal records.
