2nd UPDATE:I just wanted to say I'm very thankful to all the people so far that have taken time to call, email, text, leave vm and come view the property. I have narrowed my list down to 5 but i am still taking and viewing applications until Monday. If you do not fill out an application first before contacting me i most likely will not respond because that is step #1. After i have viewed your app i will reach out to you if you haven't already contacted me.

UPDATE: I WILL NOT CONTACT ANYBODY ASKIKG FOR APPLICATION FEES. It has been brought to my attention that someone is using my listings to scam people so please beware. I've only posted on Zillow so anything on FB or anywhere else is not me. I have received all the calls and emails but I'm not ready to show them yet because I'm still doing minor touch up work. I suggest anybody still interested to contact me middle of next week. Until then if anybody contacts you claiming to be me, it's not me. My number and email is listed on here and those are my only forms of communication.

All amenities such as gas, electric and trash will be the tenants responsibility. All yard maintenance will also be the tenant's responsibility. Grass must be mowed once a week. If you are not able to mow or prefer me to handle it it will be an additional $75 a month to maintain to the yard. I require all my tenants to carry renters insurance. This protects me and you from coming out of pocket to cover any unexpected damages or accidents that may occur while you're renting. I have a 2 pet limit and do not allow big dogs. If you choose to add a pet to the lease it'll be an additional $100 pet deposit. No persons or pets not listed on the lease will be allowed to live at the property.
