The day before turning 16 yrs. old and was refused transportation, refused an education, refused peer interaction, refused all the memories of being a teenager and refused a normal teen life all because of the disability. Not a very good special education program at all. If you don't have money, your child suffers all around the board. Knowing what I know now I wouldn't have NEVER enrolled my child here. Don't let the ratings fool you. When your teen walks through the door of Naperville Central High School a dollar value is immediately placed on their heads. Its so sad for the child who suffers from adult discrimination. You yell so loud but it's never heard. It is very clean, and the staff are always kind and welcoming—especially the teachers and the principal, who do such a wonderful job with the students. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the front desk staff can sometimes come across a bit too serious, which may feel a little rude at times.
