The approximately 1,000 sq ft basement with washer/dryer has lots of room for storage.
Front yard has a nice orchard with fruit trees.
Driveway parking for 2 cars, and plenty of parking on the streets.

$3,900/month.

Tenant pays all utilities. We will take care of landscape maintenance.

Students welcome if one parent takes responsibility of paying lease and utilities and collects from the other parties.

No smoking, drugs, or cats. Friendly small dog may be allowed. Security deposit $3,900. We will do a background and credit check.
