7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI’ve heard some good things from my kids about 1 or 2 teachers in each of there 4 years here. However I have heard a lot more bad things than good. Teachers are rude and usually not very good at teaching. They also assign lots of homework but take ages to grade it. I would also like to include the huge bullying problem this school has; I have heard from my kids about the excessive amount of bullying they see. Both kids have reported bullying to there “tipline” and they were brought down asked about it the kid reported was then brought down and left with no punishment. Then the only parent contact I get is emails and if there in the nurse and expressly asked to call me. Otherwise no calls from the nurse or when they brought down and interrogated. However both nurses are very kind and have been helpful with my one kids health issues whereas the other teachers have been unhelpful with her health issues and sometimes confiscating things she needs for her health.Parent Review2y ago5 Reviews - Whitefish High School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy daughter went all four years to Whitefish. She was a three sport athlete and was able to go to college on a athletic scholarship. The school can be clicky and she only came in 9th grade but sports was the equalizer. It was a great experience with lots of parent support.Parent Review3y ago6 Reviews - Check out schools near 1919 Suncrest Dr #E.

"It’s quaint and white with friendly neighbors and amazing people. Everyone contributes to the community and it’s an overall wonderful place to raise kids. We live close to the schools and are in walking distance of all the wonderful shops and all they have to offer along with the incredible restaurants"

"Watch for traffic. People don’t stop at stop signs! I’ve seen numerous cars fly right through multiple stop signs. Walk with your children or drive them to a park. This area rarely gets patrolled by police officers."

"Very dog friendly community; watering dishes put out by most businesses, many places offer treats, and many people out walking dogs on leashes. "

"Dog owners would likely love the dog park and the community of dog lovers. Dog owners would likely dislike the fact that too many apartments don’t allow medium to big dogs. "

"We have a lot of bears and other wildlife here. My dog has had run ins with a few, so this plays a part in freely walking on my street. But I figure this was the bears’ home first, so they have dibs and I respect that. We have supervised play in the yard, and there’s a dog park in town we enjoy. "

"Gallery nights, winter carnival, 4th of July golf tournament. Another option would be the local golf course, which is close, and also the ski hill. Also nice is the lake access at state Park. "
