    "I live over here, have for the better part of 10 years, and I absolutely love it, that being said, it is not the best neighborhood. Just use common sense, i.e., don't roam around at night, don't leave things out (and I mean, anything) that can be/is likely to be stolen, and get a house alarm. I've never been victimized personally, but it does happen. I love it for it's proximity to anything and everything. All the highways are right here so I rarely get stuck in traffic, downtown is just blocks away, nearby to Irving and Grand Prairie as well.Everything I need is right here. Also, they are building like crazy over here so the area is very up and coming. It's improving, but will take some time. I say buy now while the land is still cheap because West Dallas is hot right now."
