"I like this place for many reasons, it is local for a lot places such as the supermarket and shopping centers. I go to school here and it is a safe place for a lot of reasons"
  • Jennifer.dove
"The yards are a little small for bigger dogs but over all it’s not bad. The walk around the neighborhood is about half a mile so a nice safe walk for you and your fur babies... for the most part, people pick up after their animals but there are a few bad apples. Another complaint aside from the yards may be that there are a few wild animals since we are so close to woods and the highway. "
  • Nkjacks
"centrally located to everything ... restaurants, hospitals, shopping malls, schools, colleges, theaters; and, it's quiet."
  • Tonya J.
"Pensacola it wonderful!!! It has great people, awesome beaches, and reasonably priced restaurants nearby."

"all of the neighbors are wonderful. we all look out for each other and help where needed. we know each other by name and treat each other to dinners and cookouts. right by downtown so we can enjoy the nightlife from a close yet safe distance away. "
  • Tammy H.
"We have a pool, tennis and basketball courts. There are walk-in trails throughout the neighborhood. Community watch with video security cameras. "
  • Markesha M.
"What makes my neighborhood unique is it's location and the environment mostly. It's very quiet right near the water and the neighbors are older and very friendly. During storms it get a little scary and sometimes the power will go out for over 8hours but otherwise I love it here"
  • Bellgiles
