The house has been totally remoded (inside) over the last 10 years. On the outside we have built an 840 Sqft remoda, with a full outisde kitchen, including double oven, 4 burner cook top, a dishwasher, a 42" grill, with a sear burner, and a side burner.

Additionally we expanded the cool decking about the pool by about 1000 sq ft, put in a mini ramada, and about 5,000 sq ft of artificial grass.
