Great curb appeal in a great, quiet neighborhood. Property backs right up to Laketown Elementary school with large back yard. All appliances are in house: refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, washer and dryer. Has newer heat and A/C (only 1 year old). Original hardwood flooring throughout most of home.
