Hill Pond is probably one of the best-kept secrets in Fort Collins, a centrally located quiet, friendly neighborhood with plenty of elbow room. Our backyard is a huge greenbelt — almost like living next to a park, but with no maintenance, and an easy-going but proactive Home Owners Association. There is a diverse group of people living in the condos here, with a wide range of ages... Some families, couples like us, and others in their 50s and older who have lived here for a decade or two. We will miss the green belt for our dogs as well as for the summer outings: ice cream socials, pizza parties, chili cook offs — events that reminded us of an older time. Yet, the units are configured to make the entrances more private."
