    "I grew up in this neighborhood and came back as an adult. This is a very good neighborhood to live in. I've heard comment on low income housing in the neighborhood. There are a few low income houses with hard working, respectful and friendly families living in them. Beautiful neighborhood with lots of lovely family homes. No shortage of friends for kids to play with. Nice park just one block away. High School with open swim during the summer also within walking/biking distance. Close to grocery shopping, drug store, gas stations, quick meals and easy access to Hwy 41."
