    "Quiet piece of paradise! Shhh don’t tell anyone đŸ˜„This is a small neighborhood that has been very safe. I think it’s quiet and on a dead end..long street right next to the Snohomish county walking trail. Many people have lived here since the 60’s but new families moving in. Most people keep yards very neat and tidy. Some homes being remodeled, etc. I have seen raccoons 2 years ago, but none recently. So convenient to shopping, Everett Mall, restaurants, Evergreen area, Fred Meyers, but East off Casino. . The Boeing freeway crisscrosses this area but is raised so I really don’t notice the noise which borders Walking trail. Cascade high school is across the way and my daughter loved coming home for lunch. Hope good neighbors continue to move in."
