The main floor (1,562 SF) includes a master BR suite with it's own bath and a walk in closet, two other bedrooms and a large bathroom with double sinks and an enormous linen closet. The lower level (900 SF) includes the family room, the fourth bedroom, a half bath and laundry area. To get the house ready to market, wall paper was removed and all rooms/ ceilings were painted. Main level carpets were removed;hardwood floors were buffed and polyurethaned; downstairs carpets were replaced. Vinyl plank floors were installed in the kitchen and the lower level bathroom. (The other bathrooms have tile floors.) Kitchen cabinets were painted, new hardware installed, subway tile backsplash was added and countertops were replaced. A high efficiency furnace, a Central A/C system and a 16 SEER condenser were replaced as was the 40 Gal water heater and a chimney liner. Electrician replaced the existing 32 circuit main electrical panel and installed GFCIs in bathrooms, the garage and the kitchen. Garage door opener was replaced. A newly painted deck, a shed and a 2 car garage are other features you will admire. This home is part of an estate so there are no disclosures and the house/appliances are being sold "AS IS".

Wethersfield is too close to city of Hartford. Fun places go shopping in Newington or Glastonbury. Food are pretty good thank you. "
