open floor plan on this 3 bed 2 bath duplex located in a very quiet circle drive area just outside of the city limits of Texarkana. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and the other two bedrooms have nice large closets. The laundry room is large and has plenty of storage. The bedrooms have carpet and the rest of the house has vynil plank wood grain pattern flooring so it is very easy to keep clean. There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and the large living room. Within minutes of shopping, dining and I-30 access. The back yard has a privacy fence and there is a one car garage with parking for two cars in the drive. Pets allowed with approval and pet deposit.

We have our two youngest currently in Red Lick and our two oldest have already gone through all the grades and graduated out into the world. There’s a reason we keep sending our children to Red Lick. The environment is safe, kind and encouraging. The teachers and staff love the kids and stay in close communication with the parents. All of our kids are so smart. This school district is an answered prayer.

"Nothing. Texarkana does not type of street cleaning or cleaning of public spaces. There are multiple abandon or condemned houses in my neighborhood. Right next to one of the busiest streets."
