"It’s a nice neighborhood, not fond of the HOA the developers agreement in we have to pay /use infastructure/ cable -internet company too and you have no alternate choice. Anyways looks great landscaping is pricey, only one pool for a big and growing neighborhood."

"It's back in a rural area in a former golf club community of about 250 homes. You have to have a car to get around. Some of the neighbors get around in golf carts. There are no stores or churches in this community. People hear are friendly to each other or they keep to themselves."

"This community has an active HOA, with almost monthly community events. A multi-generational community with retirees and young families who all enjoy the area. Walking trails, community pool and a golf course keep everyone active. Nestled off the beaten track, but a quick drive to everything this area is one of the better kept secrets in Harnett County. "
