Entertainment home built in 1942 by the late O.K. Palmer. Built entirely of Cedar square beams, with tongue and groove placement. The interior resembles a ski chalet like you would find in Austria or Germany. Excellent and unique craftsmanship throughout the home, which was originally built for entertaining distinguished guests of the Palmer Lumber Co. The home was named "Tanglewood" and was featured in the March 1942 edition of Sunset magazine. The outdoor "park like" setting is on the confluence of the North and South forks of the Newaukum River, providing an excellent view and outstanding fishing for Steelhead and Salmon.

Unfortunately it caused a wasted year for our daughter at a school we would not have put her in but for your rating. We have seen moved her to WF West and are thrilled with their staff, programs, and facilities. They start working with their students as Freshman to ensure they have the classes they need on their transcripts to meet their future career requirements. This isn't a once a year program, but a weekly activity and they stay with the same staff guide through all four years.
