All appliances in the kitchen with washer and dryer hook up in the bathroom. New hard wood flooring in the living room and kitchen. Carpet in the bedrooms. No smoking and no pets. Rent is $950 at the first of every month. Will require first and last months rent with a $950 security deposit . Zelle or Venmo are the only acceptable forms of payment.

Four parking spaces available

Owner is responsible for lawn mowing and yard maintenance only.
Renter will be responsible for their own hook up and payment of their own utilities including trash.
No pets of any kind and No smoking. Violation of these two policies will result in a $250 fee every month the situation is not resolved or possible immediate eviction.

There will be a $250 fee added on to your last months rent, if the duplex is not thoroughly cleaned out at the end of your lease/ termination period of your lease.

"I love this neighborhood, quiet, safe, residents are always out walking weather permitting. Lots of bus stops for all School age students who are always monitored by several adults. Streets are well lighted at night."
