FULLY FURNISHED Lake-Access condo in Cornelius, NC. The home is a 2BR/2BA unit in Admiral's Quarters, comfortably tucked away and just minutes away from shopping, dining, and the interstate. The tenants may choose to use the BOAT SLIP that is deeded with the condo, and may place their own boat, jetski, or kayak there. The condo comes move-in ready, with all appliances and furniture remaining in the home. Included is a King Bed in the Master bedroom, a new sectional couch in the living room, a 75" LG SmartTV, a 55" TV in the Master Bedroom, as well as patio furniture. The kitchen also comes fully furnished, including top notch appliances (Stove/Oven/Refrigerator/Full-Capacity Washer/Dryer/Dishwasher). Tenants are also able to use the accessories such as the Coffee and Espresso Machine, the Nutribullet Blender, and pots and pans. The other bedroom can be used as either an office or a bedroom, and the attached pictures will show both options.

Rent is $2,400 without boat slip, and $2400 with full boat slip access. Owner's preference is a 1 Year lease, with a minimum of 6 months. Owner will provide repairs for issues over $150, anything below that will need to be taken care of by the tenant. The tenant will also pay gas and utilities. Owner will leave option for Internet for extra $25 per month. There will also be a pet fee of $25 per month (Dogs need to be less than 30 pounds to comply with community). Tenants are also responsible for replacing all filters. Tenant must reach out to owner before moving large furniture or hanging pieces on walls. A credit score and background check will be required for each applicant.
