1 BR/1 BA separate house at the end of a huge pool with a kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, bedroom, bathroom, W/D, off street parking and utilities included. New stainless steal gas stove and W/D less than 1 year old (not pictured). Beautifully located in a nice tranquil neighborhood in south Escondido on about an acre of property. Easy access to I-15, yet close to town. Available 08/25/25, probably sooner. My current tenant just bought his own house & should be closing by August 8th. Thank you for your interest!

I like a month-to-month situation, because if you aren't happy, I don't want you to be obligated. Utilities are included (paid by me), but I ask that you be reasonable with AC units and the use of gas, electric, and water. You need to get your own internet service (already connected). The pool area and patio table and chairs by the pool is all common area to be shared. The upstairs patio is my personal space. Your parking spot in the driveway is yours.
