Renter is responsible for water, electric and gas. Renter is responsible for mowing and snow removal. Deposit is due with the first month's rent prior to moving in. No pet is preferred. We will, however, consider one pet with a one-time pet fee of $250 and $35 monthly pet rent.

"Couldn't really say -- no-one in our household has kids. But as an owner of cats, I can say that one of purs was hit and killed by someone driving FAR too fast, and another was shot by someone with a pellet gun. Those things might also concern a parent."

"I used to live in the neighborhood and it is a great place to live! I've seen this house and it is beautiful and the neighborhood is too. There is a bus route and grocery stores, restaurants etc. "
