You would have completely one side of the home to yourself. It is fully furnished 1400 sq ft with private entrance , spacious parking and lovely interior. 2 bedroom two bath . Great kitchen, dining room, living room, back deck & front deck. Lots of amenities. Use of washer & dryer is extra. Must pay for House Cleaner to come approx every 6 weeks- ( or monthly if you prefer) which is usually about $50 plus tip. Owner lives on property - quiet, older, retired couple who travels. Owner pays for utilities up to $100 a month. Over that you must add that on to your monthly rent. Air conditioning in the summer. Large & safe neighborhood. Very spacious property. Owner on premises.
