As you get to the driveway you will again notice a car port that will keep the snow and rain off your vehicle with a privacy wall that can be lowered if prefered. A nice large shed for extra storage space sits at the end of the driveway. The master bedroom had an overhaul in 2022 also. New paint, baseboards, and lighting. Out of the back window of the master you have a nice large field that offers that extra privacy. The bathroom, which has a door from the master and the hallway, has a new marble countertop from 2021 along with plumbing. Stand up shower with amazing water pressure. Give yourself a new start with this mobile home which resides in one of the nicest parks in Ohio with great neighbors. Asking $35,000 obo. Lot rent is $500 per month includes trash. You must pass a background check prior to moving in which is $50 non-refundable. Yearly taxes on the mobile home has ran me about $60 per year
