Nice pebble tec pool (includes 2 waterfall features) with sunken party area next to pool. Party area includes sink with running water, electricity, built in lounge area, fire pit with natural gas plumbed in, spacious seating area around the fire pit, room for a small fridge under the bar and walk up waist high to the pool. Exterior door into master bathroom eliminates wet trips through the house from the pool. Master bath has his and her sinks, a shower large enough to easily fit 2 people with a seating area. Large living room with cathedral ceiling and a brick fireplace. Ledge between the L.R. and dining area to place decorative items. Tile Counters in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances and the newer refrigerator may go with the house. Kitchen is laid out nicely with a large island separating the kitchen and dining area. Laundry room has lots of cabinets and sink. 2 car garage also includes lots of built in cabinets to store everything out of sight. No grass to mow in the backyard and very little to mow out front so plenty of time on the weekends to relax. NEW Cool Tec roof, NEW carpet and almost new energy efficient ac/heater unit installed 2017. Pictures don't show the new carpet. Bedrooms are good size with the normal closet space. There’s not even a 7-11. You have to drive an hour to go to Trader Joe’s. Almost none of the homes here have pools. The only thing the city has going for it is one luxury movie theater, but they refuse to sell tickets on Fandango."
