I like this school because there security my daughter is very happy

3-star average but only a 5-star review showing? Who took all the less positive reviews down? Leave ALL reviews up...good and bad...they are the true measure of a school! Now...onto my review. The teachers are fantastic, concerned, and supportive. The administration side of this school (front office), however is awful. Any time I go to the office to ask a question about special events, afterschool activities, parental volunteering, etc, I'm referred to the parent center...when I go to the parent center, after trying sometimes in vain to ask my question, they refer me back to the office. The parent center is run by wonderfully sweet volunteers, however since none of them are 1st-language English speakers, I run into severe communication problems quite frequently. Don't try to ask the front office about school policies either...the office staff will tell you to ask the principal...the principal will tell you to ask the office staff. The school office is completely disorganized and lacking in any true leadership. Then at every open house, the principal has the nerve to talk about how great they are. Completely annoying.

The teachers at this school are genuinely amazing and are the main reason students get through the year. They care about their students as people, not just as names on a roster. Many of them are kind, understanding, and willing to listen, give advice, and build real relationships with students. Because of them, this school has real potential.Unfortunately, my experience with the administration and front office staff was extremely negative. Interactions often felt cold, dismissive, and unnecessarily rude, with the exception of the counselors, who were consistently respectful and supportive.In my experience, the administration handles discipline in a way that feels unfair, inconsistent, and frustrating. Punishments often seem based more on appearances than on what actually happened, even when context or witness accounts are involved. Situations involving conflict or self-defense were treated the same as intentional wrongdoing, which makes students feel unheard and powerless. This approach sends the message that standing up for yourself is punished just as harshly as causing harm, and it raises serious concerns about how bullying and student safety are handled.I would recommend this school only because of the teachers, who truly care and make a positive difference despite the administration.
