The basement level is a walk-out, with sliding glass doors to the rear yard. The deck needs repairs, so we kindly request that buyers avoid walking out on it -- just to be safe. There is currently no propane service at the property. The home has central air and oil-fired boiler heat. In the laundry room there is a sump pump, dehumidifier, electric water heater, and a visible French drain.
