The main floor has been freshly painted, and the carpet has been removed to expose the original hardwood. Some windows have been updated, though most are original. The lower level is fully finished, and features a family room with fireplace (not operational; chimney needs repair), three additional bedrooms (though one is very small), a full bath, laundry room, storage and furnace room. The basement level is a walk-out, with sliding glass doors to the rear yard. The deck needs repairs, so we kindly request that buyers avoid walking out on it -- just to be safe. There is currently no propane service at the property. The home has central air and oil-fired boiler heat. In the laundry room there is a sump pump, dehumidifier, electric water heater, and a visible French drain. The seller has limited knowledge about the property and welcomes buyers to undertake a full inspection. The property will be sold as is.
