"My job is only ½ mile away from my home so I can walk whenever I need/want to. The train station is also just ½ mile away so I have often walked to and from the station whenever I go into the city. "
  • Frank Piccirillo
"Downtown is vibrant and everything you need is within a ten minute drive. And proximity to NYC, Philly, Poconos, and the shore. "
  • Bethyh
"Downtown Somerville alliance hosting holiday events that are more than just in the summer. There is such a community where you actually know your neighbors. "
  • Bethyh
"Block party and all the planned festivals downtown Somerville such as car night, movie nights, and artisan markets "
  • Jennifer Donnelly
"At this point, nothing! It used to be perfect here. Now there are WAY too many people making it hard to park even with parking lots/garages. Housing prices are sky high making it nearly impossible for a single income person like myself to find a decent apartment to rent. Forget about ever being able to buy a home here. I love living here but I will eventually be priced out and will have to move somewhere less desirable but more affordable. "
  • Beln Gardiazabal
"Is a very quite place and the downtown has many interesting places for food specially, I like it this neighborhood "
  • John Whelan
"There are constant events for families to partake in throughout the year. Fairs, outdoor movies, bands. "
