We have a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house for rent on 20th St and Greenway. There is a one car garage and a decent sized back and side yard. The house backs up to Greenway Pkwy on the north side so you can view the area on Google Maps. The current tenant moved out today the house will be available for move in this Friday, October 1st. The house is all tile.
Please review the requirements below and respond to this ad with your contact information including phone number which will send me an email. Washer and Dryer are not included.
If you are interesting in viewing the property and submitting an application please answer the questions below to save time. When I call you I can answer any other questions that you have which are not covered here. We will respond to replies on a first come basis if all qualifications are met.
1. Length of time at current employer for all adult applicants.
2. Current combined monthly net income of all adult applicants. We are requiring $4800 minimum.
3. Current housing status. You sold a property in Phoenix, you recently moved to Phoenix, you are currently renting, etc.
4. Desired move in date.
5. Best time of day to call you.
6. If you are willing to pay first and last months rent that is plus.
Requirements
Total monthly rental payment is $1600. Tenant pays for all utilities, including APS Electricity and City of Phoenix Water/Sewer/Trash service.
A minimum refundable security deposit of $1600 and first month's rent is due upon lease start date. Rent will be prorated if lease start date is after the 1st day of the month. A $200 dollar non refundable cleaning fee.
Application Fee is $40 per adult applicant (18 and over).
Applications are reviewed as we receive them. We do not charge unless we process your application. We only process one application at a time and give the applicant a response within 24 hours before we process another application.
To qualify for our properties we require the following:

* No Evictions in last 3 years (and no current judgments)
* Minimum monthly combined gross income of 3x the rental amount, documented
* A Credit Score of 550 or higher
* No un-discharged bankruptcy
* Verifiable rental history including proper notice to previous landlord
* Dogs are allowed except recognized aggressive breeds. No cats allowed.
If you meet this criteria and would like to move forward with applying, we need the following with the application. Do not send any of this information in your email response!
* Non-refundable Application fee is $40 per adult applicant. A Social Security Number is required for all adult applicants to run background check.
* Copy of each adult applicants government-issued picture ID
* Two most-recent pay stubs (showing 3 times the monthly rent in gross income), plus verification of previous 12-months of continuous employment.
* Documentation of prior 12 months rental payments (if applicable)
* I one year lease is required.
