Neighborhood Description
Camelot Villas is a hidden community of fifty patio homes that is adorned with park-like green landscaping, mature trees, spacious greenbelt, private streets, community pool and heated spa. It also borders a beautiful Tempe City Park that has quick access to bike and hiking paths. It is located in the highly desirable South Tempe area and is only one short block away from shopping, restaurants, gasoline, banks, vet, salon, car wash, and many other retail stores. Plus it is only one mile south of Rt 60 and one mile West of Rt 101 for quick access anywhere in the valley (only 10-15 minutes to the airport to downtown Scottsdale/Chandler). As we are in the SRP service area we benefit from very inexpensive utility bills compared to any APS service area. A final bonus is that we have a big gated/locked RV unit parking area for neighborhood resident use only. In closing if you want to live in a beautiful, quiet, safe, and mature area this home is the answer!
