Moving into the Hardin-Central school district has been the best educational decision I have ever made for my children. The teachers are caring and are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to provide whatever assistance is necessary to help a student be successful. All the administration, teachers and staff are super friendly and very helpful. The school holds the students to a higher standard, but gives them the tools they need to be successful at that higher standard. This school should be commended for doing an outstanding job! I have children with learning issues that fall in between a "normal" student's learning styles and abilities, but do not qualify for special education services. The administration and faculty at Hardin Central always made sure to provide the extra attention and assistance my children needed to be successful, even when they were not "required" to do so. The previous school district we moved from would not put forth any extra effort to help my child unless there was black and white evidence that they had to by law. Hardin-Central Elementary is a great school.

Great school! Generally, you don't appreciate great teachers until you are an adult. It is then that you realize how much you have learned. I learned as an adult that I was very lucky to have the teachers that I had at Hardin. My teachers fought hard to make sure we understood concepts and were prepared for life. They introduced us to new ideas and gave us an appreciation for old ideas. I was truly inspired at Hardin and have a true admiration for Hardin-Central High!
