(see photos) This house is situated on a large corner lot in a desirable location close to San Marco. The neighborhood was designed by the same man that designed San Marco. Close enough to be convenient to all that San Marco has to offer without the high home prices. Crabtree park, restaurants, shops, grocery store and a Starbucks are all within walking distance. The JTA bus line is one block away. This home was built in 1949 and has retained all of its charm. Two of the bedrooms were enlarged to 11'8" W X 20' L. New windows were also installed in the back of the house in 2002. In the past five years, the roof, garage door, the windows in the front of the house and sewer line to the road have been replaced. The central heat and air system was replaced in 2019. Insulation was blown into the attic to help with the electric bill. Last year the windows in the front of the house were replaced with double pane windows. Fixtures in the bathroom and kitchen have been updated and a filter system installed in the kitchen. A sunken sunroom is attached to the kitchen and includes counter space providing an optional area to enjoy meals. There is also room for a small table in the sunroom area. The backyard is fenced in and very private with a deck that was replaced two years ago. The children's playhouse will be removed by the owner if the buyer requests it. This is a wonderful home and safe neighborhood that will make a family comfortable for years to come.
