About this House

Beautiful Updated East Sandy Home

Welcome Home! This beautiful East Sandy home has been remodeled and updated, including a brand new custom kitchen, beautiful master bathroom with an antique clawfoot tub and separate shower, energy efficient windows and all new flooring. We remodeled it just the way we wanted it, with the intention of staying, but life has a different path for us.

The top floor houses the master bedroom, two full bathrooms and two additional bedrooms. The main floor has a formal living room, dining room, family room and the newly remodeled custom kitchen. The top floor and main floor have new laminate wood flooring. The downstairs has new carpet, a family room (previously used as a home theater room, with inclusion of equipment negotiable), two bedrooms, a 3/4 bathroom, large cold storage room with shelving and the laundry room. It also has a 2 car garage with storage cabinets and two workbenches.

The new kitchen features black granite counters, farmhouse sink, all brand new stainless steel appliances, including counter depth french door refrigerator, ultra quiet dishwasher, convection oven and a Induction cooktop (if you don't know what an induction cooktop is, look it up, they are amazing). The cabinets are custom with soft-close doors and drawers. The dining room has a built-in buffet counter with tons of extra storage for your China.
Brand new super high efficiency furnace and Air Conditioning mean you stay warm in the winter and cool in the summer, while your utility bills stay low.

The yard is all on an automatic watering system and is easy to maintain.

Conveniently located within walking distance of Alta Canyon Rec Center, grocery stores and two parks. Wildflower Park is only 3 houses away! Aspen Meadows Park, known for awesome sledding during the winter, is just up the street too.

Schools are close too, Willow Canyon Elementary and Park Lane Elementary are close, as is Eastmont Middle School.

We do allow pets, with a pet deposit and additional pet rent.

This is a great neighborhood with awesome neighbors.

No groups, sharing or subleasing.

We are the owners and care about our tenants and our house, so you won't have to work with a non-responsive property manager.

The house is available for move-in on October 1st and will be ready to show starting Tuesday, September 22nd. If you are interested in seeing it, please contact me and we can schedule an appointment.

No smoking, vaping, etc. anywhere on the premises.
