2. How long have they lived there? Owners have lived in the house about 2-1/2 years, before that another relative lived in the house about 4-5 years.
3. What repairs need to be done? Repairs needed - some siding on outside and some wood on downstairs surround porch need replacing; replace carpet; downstairs master bathroom - shower drains slow. These are the main things ... needs touch-up paint, which we have for inside.
4. Any appliances? Leaving side-by-side white refrigerator and stove (there is no dishwasher)
5. Any crime in area? Owners have never (nor previous relatives) had any issues with crime. The Hawk Cove Police Department patrols the area constantly.
