3. What repairs need to be done? Repairs needed - some siding on outside and some wood on downstairs surround porch need replacing; replace carpet; downstairs master bathroom - shower drains slow. These are the main things ... needs touch-up paint, which we have for inside.
4. Any appliances? Leaving side-by-side white refrigerator and stove (there is no dishwasher)
