I am a former student who attended Helena high with an IEP. Whenever I sought support I was helped quickly and effectively, handmade to feel a part of the community. There are some bad students and bad teachers of course, but by and large this school is professional and well-run. I think a lot of that was Steve Thennis as principal, we loved him, so I don't know if it will stay as good when he graduates. Hope so. The biggest problem with this school was the facilities, they are old and not fit to serve a modern educational system. however, the school is being demolished and rebuilt soon, so I hope the outward shell of the school can be brought to match its inward quality.

I think this school has low test scores due to the neighborhood. They have a more challenging neighborhood than the other schools in the district. This was our first year at Bryant. I'm beyond impressed. Their staff is so loving. They work specifically hard with the children with special needs. My daughter has some medical problems that needed to be worked around at school. They have done absolutely everything they could to get her accommodations and make her feel confident and comfortable. I feel very confident that my daughtersister needs are being met. I'm very grateful for this school.

I go here and I have two words: it sucks, last year I got bullied and the administration did nothing at all. Half of the stalls have no doors and no locks
