About this House

Huge gardens, both in ground (hundreds of sq.ft) and raised beds (waist high 224 sq.ft.). Lots of fruit and nut trees four years old. All on drip irrigation, with a wifi timer (control the timer from an app on a smart phone). Been building the soil using wood chips for the last four years. Easily produce a large portion of food for a family. 100% better than organic. I haven't sprayed any chemicals/pesticides/herbicides in the last five years. Yard is set up in zones so there are multiple areas that can be sectioned off for dogs. The swimming pool has been converted to a chicken coop/compost making area. 100% of the compost is made on site. There is an outdoor sink with electrical for a juice bar/food prep area behind the garden shed. Multiple custom made artistic garden gates.

The inside of the house has epoxy painted concrete floors (easy to keep clean, no seems or grout lines to collect dust) and is very hypoallergenic. Vaulted ceilings. Granite tile counter in the kitchen. There's a screened in room in the back of the house. Small garden shed in the back. Nice oversize garage that's sheet rocked and painted with a built in work bench and tons of built in shelves. Driveway that goes into backyard that is concrete. Could park an RV/boat behind gate. The sewer clean out is right there, so hooking up sewer/water/power would be easy (I used to have an RV that was parked there for a couple of years that I lived in full time and setting it up was simple.).
