Description

Awesome student rental that is a 4/5 bedroom house and is in walking distance to TCNJ! Upstairs there is a big master bedroom attached to a full bath, there is also a spare room that has been used as a bedroom previously. The main level has three bedrooms, a full bathroom, living room, dining room and kitchen. There is an unfinished basement that has the washer and dryer down there. It has a large driveway that can fit 5/6 cars. Rent is 2900 a month without utilities. The previous lease expires may 2023 and we plan to add a new counter top and kitchen floor before the lease ends.

The lease starts in June 2023 and ends in May 2024. Owner pays for water, tenants are responsible for gas and electric. If you would like to see a copy of the lease shoot me an email.
