Seeing that I was raised and resided in the Southeast and surrounding Bay Area, I highly recommend this location.     "We don’t do anything in this neighborhood. Everyone keeps to themselves and as of recent our vehicles have been getting broken into. The water valves don’t work for lawn care and they charge mandatory $100 maintenance and the grass/trees are still your responsibility. "
