Excellent features regarding this location are that its in-between both Belmont Shore (bars/restaurants) and Downtown (Pine St. and Shoreline Dr.) The condo is so close to the beach you can walk/run/bike/roller blade on the walking trail daily. 3 Blocks from the beach. You're a block from Fourth Street where there are restaurants, and vintage stores. This 4th St. area definitely has a small, quaint neighborhood feel. Then on Broadway you have coffee shops and more restaurants. The location is walking distance to Cal State Long Beach bus route. The condo is across the street from a neighborhood public library.

This is a very safe neighborhood. One of the best locations in the city. There are always people walking their dogs, or families walking down the street.

Both bedrooms have huge closet space for clothing and storage on top. Plenty of street parking. Also has a full separate kitchen.
