About 12 miles from the turn off at Highway 93.
Gorgeous views. At night you can see the glow from Las Vegas behind the mountains. Sunset right from your couch.
There seems to have been phone or Internet at some point but I never checked into it.
I use Starlink which works great.
Willing to transfer service / sell equipment if wanted.
1500 Gallon Water Holding tank in its own insulated shed. Haul water from well about 3 miles away. Very cheap.
Fill up tank and make 2 runs a month with the 500 Gallon water haul trailer to keep it filled.
New 40 Gallon pressure tank this year.
Hauling water is common for this area and getting a loan will be no problem.

Teacher to child ratio is great ( something that can't be found in urban areas) and can really get one-on-one interaction with the students. 3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageAs a graduate from this school, I always held hope. However, that hope was always diminished once the school practiced something wildly bizarre. I go by a preferred name, and for all four years of going to this school— not once did they respect that until I made an uproar after being publicly deadnamed in front of an audience numerous times. As a senior I made the choice to go to Northern Arizona University and the school never sent my official high school transcript to my university. I had to obtain an official copy myself and give it to my university since I had already moved away for college. This school is incredibly careless and despicable. I could count on one hand the teachers who actually made a difference in their students days, and those teachers realized their worth and left the school. The school segregates “Cambridge/AS” students and “general education” students, allows and encourages students who are in advanced classes to look down on the general education students as if they’re scum. There is typically no bullying or anything of the sort, however this school still has yet to catch up and has no regard whatsoever towards individuals in the LGBTQ+ community.Other Review3y ago
