This property is in a nice part of Dolan Springs, bordering BLM land. It is so quiet, you can hear the ants caugh. lol.
About 12 miles from the turn off at Highway 93.
Gorgeous views. At night you can see the glow from Las Vegas behind the mountains. Sunset right from your couch.
There seems to have been phone or Internet at some point but I never checked into it.
I use Starlink which works great.
Willing to transfer service / sell equipment if wanted.
1500 Gallon Water Holding tank in its own insulated shed. Haul water from well about 3 miles away. Very cheap.
Fill up tank and make 2 runs a month with the 500 Gallon water haul trailer to keep it filled.
New 40 Gallon pressure tank this year.
Hauling water is common for this area and getting a loan will be no problem.
However, the listed price is a cash price to keep the closing easy and closing cost low.
Water tank on trailer can be purchased outside of escrow or be included depending on offer.
