Qualifications and Other Important Information
- 3x monthly rent to income ratio needed.
- Minimum 680+ credit score.
- No criminal background or eviction history.
- One cosigner allowed for students.
- Security deposit equal to 1 month of rent.
- Weekly pool service and monthly landscaping paid for by the landlord.
- All utilities paid for by the tenant.
- Pets will be considered upon approval. A $250 non-refundable deposit will be charged upon move-in and a $35/month pet rent will be added to the rental amount (if applicable).

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better. All we can do is try and take it one day at a time and one small act of kindness a day to change the future of our community we live in. "

I love to sit outside and drink my coffee in the morning looking at the hills covered with cactus. Today we had a roadrunner in the back yard, and often have rabbits and quail. Where can you see that?"
