Parent Review4y ago15 Reviews - Sandhill Elementary School

"I feel safe to live here. Most people take care of their homes and lawns. Our kids play outside everyday without worry. Most people are very friendly and look out for eachother. The only thing I can say negatively is there’s ALOT of stray cats that climb all over our cars and do their business in our yards. "

"I’ve lived in this area for approximately 2 1/2 years. I feel safe here and it’s affordable for me. I’m not aware of any community events in my area unfortunately. I know there’s a community center nearby and they just opened a new shopping mall, no grand opening or anything."

"I think there’s some sections In Poinciana there a little older like 2530 years old where the properties need to be better kept. But you get a good bank for the buck in this area in terms of rent or even housing prices. The infrastructure has not been able to keep up with the rate of development with apartments and condos around here so traffic is just the worst."

"A small town with big city feel. Traffic is an issue, but it’s still have a country feel. Everything is far so you’ll have a reason to go out. A place you can call home with a lot more elbow room than the city. "

"Very quiet place to live in peace. Nobody bothers you. No bothers from the neighbors and safe community. The school’s are pretty good. I have 5 grandchildren who attend school in the neighborhood and never have any problems with them. "
