My child is in Kindergarten here. I am very impressed with the activities she has been doing in class. She is learning a lot and they cover a wide variety of subjects. They do have homework, but provide you with the tools to help them study at home, for instance printing "flash cards" for you to cut out and use. It is not intensive only about 15 minutes a day to make sure your child is where they need to be with their reading, math skills etc.

This school has a long way to come. From their the way the disabled are taught and treated to the extreme racism that goes on in this place. The students need enrichment. The programs they offer are phenomenal and the financial help that is given is amazing. The nurse does have an attitude. Adequate amount of helpful clubs. And plenty of chances to get involved. Its a small tight knit community and they are very welcoming. Maybe not so much if you are of color.

The special Ed teachers are amazing. The bullying was so terrible my son was getting sexually harassed and bullied. In the bathrooms, on the bus... we had to drop out and homeschool because it was so out of control.
