Noise includes fireworks from neighboring community and bike gangs that ride through. Nearby lake offers community music events and good walking trails. Safe during the day. Sketchy at night. "

"very crowded. hard to get parking some days, and people drive too fast through here. I think this place is best for young professionals thanks to location (close to shopping etc) and the amenities like tennis and the gym. as well as senior people thanks convenience and it being quiet and private, and small families like one child maybe 2 or it just feels too cramped no matter what apartment u have. there's people everywhere, except it's very prettyhere. it's like a bougie section 8."
