Requirements:
*A favorable credit history with a minimum credit score of 620 and above
*No evictions or collection records for non-payment of rent
*No open bankruptcies
*Verifiable household income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
*Any occupant over 18 years old must complete and sign a rental application for each applicant 18 years or older.

(This apartment has not been evaluated for section for Section 8 occupancy by a government agency. If you would like to apply and will be using a rental subsidy, such as a Section 8 voucher, we will require and consider the applicant's credit history (in addition to all of the other application criteria) but offer the applicant the option to provide evidence of their ability to pay the rent including the applicant's benefit statements, pay records and bank statements)

We are seeking someone who can move in within two weeks. The owner pays for water and sewer, and the renter is responsible for all utilities. Smoking is not allowed in the building, and up to two pets are allowed. This is a one-bedroom with a den on the second floor.
