  • Nathan Shawn
"Very dog friendly neighborhood I see people walking their dogs however some of the sidewalks are not suitable for walking "
  • Cristina Sherazee
"It’s is very calm. You hardly see kids playing outside or getting in trouble. Schools and staff overall are really good and caring."
  • Jerald Traylor
"MY commute is short around San Gabriel valley and I know short cuts due to familiarity to the area. "
  • Laughyfl0r
"Schools in the area are great! The high school has excellent sports programs especially baseball. The football field is always busy with activities or even just for daily exercise."
  • Becki Jensen
"Arcadia is not the city it used to be. I have lived here over 40 years. If I were younger I would live elsewhere. "
  • Danizalez
"All dog owners in my community are respectful and pick up after their pets. Typically all their pets are friendly dogs. Safe around children and/or dog owner have trained them well. "
  • Danizalez
"Best of the Best! Hands down! Wife grew up here. We both have lived and worked in Arcadia for years. Children graduated from Arcadia High. We value our community it is becoming an expensive location to purchase a family home. It's upsetting to see these huge lots become nothing but ADU investments taking away the fundamental essence of family traditional home living. It's crazy. And if you were to see the bigger picture in the near future, it be no different than apartment living @ a more affordable rate. That's my take from Arcadia. Meanwhile we love it yet the future is uncertain. "
  • Mom of 3
"The schools are over crowded and many of them need a lot of them need repairs. There is no hot running water at the high school for students to wash their hands and the high school bathrooms are always dirty, "
  • Andrew K.
"Nice home but did my due diligence and decide against purchase. Would recommend all buyers do the same"
  • Laura.meda.aguilar
"Holiday festivals like 4th of July fireworks and entertainment. Also the December holiday festival with booths and food trucks "
  • Mk2hqv9kfd
"Loads of traffic that go through traveling between 10 and 210 freeways. Had a car flip in front of my house and then another car crashed into front lawn next door within the same month this year. Would not recommend for walking but driving can also be a hassle because streets are engineered awkwardly. Lots of streets with merging in weird places. Last, id say meth has gotten to be a problem here with the homeless but unfortunately I imagine that is true in many areas."
  • Guthriemilinda6
"The school district is overall rated in the top 4% for the whole country. And it is a public school with uniforms "
  • cristian m.
"This place look's ok but rent is high. If your looking to rent this place I would wait when they lower the rent. Really high rent prices people aren't going to rent. And landlords at the end dont want their properties just sitting there. So their gonna have to lower the price. "
  • Trulia User
"Too many homeless and too little law enforcement. Property crime is on the rise and traffic is getting worse and worse"
  • Mminiego
"I lived in this neighborhood for 3 years and I really love living here. It’s safe and close to everything."
  • Mminiego
"Safe and quiet neighborhood. Great school district. Not as congested as other LA County cities. Awesome!"
  • Mminiego
"I lived in the area for 3 years. Folks are friendly and quiet. It’s safe city and an overall pleasant city to live in."

  • Pierrehsu
"I lived here for many years. Arcadia has pretty much everything one needs. Supermarkets, hospital, mall, movie theater, international restaurants, golf courses, horse race track, good schools, ... etc. "
  • 29763624
"Safety is the most important, and school district, neatness, neighbor is friendly. And grocery is near by . Quiet neighborhood "
  • Louis P. B.
"Great police protection , their very prompt, and very kind department ! We have great schools , arcadia high school is # 1 among California. We have wonderful athletes that graduate from this school!"
  • Fiona J.
"I have to drive, the neighborhood I work in has unsafe public transportation. I trust the goldline though "
  • Amanda
"My commute to downtown Alhambra is 15 minutes. The 210 freeways and605 are nearby. There’s also a shopping mall nearby as well. "
  • Lind.johnson1128
"Dog owners: many dog lovers in my neighborhood. I think we all keep an eye for our animals. I also think Landlords should not start asking for dog rent when we are trying to improve about adopting pets. "
  • Aksarmenta
"I see a lot of dog walkers here and I don’t think there’s nothing that they would not like. It’s quiet, spacious and people are nice and friendly. "
