This school is horrible. Principal Julene Mckinnon has used racial slurs infront of other black students and defends only white kids. The Pe teachers are horrible too. This school does not care about your kids wellbeing at all. Theres so much more worse stuff about this school I cant even name them all, its a whole list.

My daughter is going into 7th grade and her first year at EDMS was great! She had EXCELLENT teachers and the Principal and staff were so welcoming and supportive. It's middle school - which is literally the worst - but, overall my daughter made great friends, learned new things, and excelled! There were a couple of issue with other students, but admin was quick to help and make things better. I appreciated the time they took to listen and respond. It has to be hard, and they handled everything very well. We're glad we're at EDMS!

We have had 3 kids go to this school and another starting this year. This school has been nothing short of amazing. Don’t let the numbers fool you, this school has 245 kids where as the other schools in the areas have 380 up to 680 students. The students have a more individualized experience and less students per class. I am glad I did more research instead of just basing my opinions on the test scores. Staff and principal are very friendly. Very fortunate to be apart of this school
