7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThe teachers, deans, counselors, etc....at Andrew High School are amazing. They are there to support their students both academically and emotionally. They generally care about their students and their performance in school. Always encouraging them to be their best selves and get involved in activities. To the faculty.....your hard work and enthusiasm does not go unnoticed. We see all you are doing for our kids!! Thank you!Parent Review7mo ago - Prairie View Middle School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageClaims to have an Honors Program. The Honors Program is a joke. It involves the exact same work and projects that the non-honors track gets.Administration oversight seems to be lacking, Fights in the hallways and bathrooms, Some teachers enter grades on a regular basis while others complain about how many kids they teach and the lack of time to enter timely grades. Teachers don't grade or do their schoolwork over the holiday breaks but they assign busy work to the students over Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks. You'll listen to the administrators tell you that there are lots of clubs to join besides the competitive sports but there is very little quality in those clubs. National Junior Honor Society is another joke. There have been no activities or get-togethers to speak of and the kids are very disappointed. They try to blame Covid yet the teacher sponsors still got their stipends and Covid didn't interfere with the sports program. Sports is more important than NJHS. The kids don't have to wear masks anymore but they have to carry heavy backpacks around all day because the lockers can't be used beacause of Covid...joke. The district, 140, doesn't do annual residency checks. If they did they'd find that too many students don't actually live in the school district boundaries. That means fewer students and then layoff of teachers and staff. It's easier too look the other way. They want a new school built rather than using the ones they have. Homes in the area are very expensive don't let that fool you. Schools are average to below.Parent Review1y ago - Millennium Elementary School
