The neighbors are friendly, there is an active Neighborhood Watch, and Earthquake awareness and preparedness group.
Tenants will pay utilities, including a shared water bill, landlord pays for garbage. There is room for one small car to park at the entrance of the house in front of the steps. If the car is too large, only off-street parking is available. The windows are all double-paned, keeping the rush hour traffic quiet.
There are two houses. They are condos, I own both of them. My partner and I live in the rear house. The patio is a common area.
